1. What services does Bigsam offer?
Air and sea freight, door-to-door delivery, pickup, storage, and more — to and from the UK, Nigeria, USA, Canada, and Europe.
2. How can I track my cargo?
We send regular updates via WhatsApp and email. No live tracking for consolidated shipments.
3. How long does shipping take?
Air (UK → Nigeria): 5–7 days to Lagos, 8 to other states. Sea: 6–8 weeks. Nigeria → UK: 10–15 working days
4. Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes, within the UK for commercial clients.
5. Do you offer pickup?
Yes — anywhere in the UK for a fee.
6. What’s needed for international shipping?
Commercial invoice + valid ID.
7. Who handles customs duties?
We cover export duties. Import fees may apply at destination (rare).
8. Can you help with clearance?
Yes. We handle NAFDAC, customs forms, and tax documentation.
9. Items you don’t ship?
From Nigeria: Beans, flammables, drugs, ponmo, snail, honey, bleach, etc.
From UK: Anything legal can be shipped.
10. How should I pack?
UK: Cash, card, or bank transfer
